What are the system requirements for GroupLoop?
Your GroupLoop account is hosted on our server so there's nothing you need to download or install. The only requirement is that you have one of the following web browsers:
Can we try GroupLoop before we pay for it?
Of course! All new accounts start out on our free-forever plan. If you upgrade to one of our paying plans, you have a 30 day money back guarantee. After your first 30 days, you can downgrade/cancel at any time before your next renewal period to avoid further charges. We invoice month to month with no long-term commitments or obligations.
What security features are in place? Can I be sure that meeting minutes or financial related documents are safe on your website?
GroupLoop has taken extra measures to keep your data safe. We have deployed robust firewalls, intrusion protection services, and passwords are stored in an encrypted form. As an added layer of protection, we offer accounts which allow users to encrypt their data sessions with SSL security.
Can we customize GroupLoop to look like our company/organization?
Yes. You have the option to upload your own company logo to your GroupLoop account. In addition, you'll be able to use your own custom website URL such as http://mycompany.grouploop.com. This gives your users the impression that GroupLoop is your very own application.
How can I upgrade/downgrade my account?
Once you are signed up you can click on the Account tab in the upper right hand corner to change between plans. You'll have several options to upgrade or downgrade by clicking on the appropriate tabs. If you upgrade to one of our paying plans, you will be prompted for payment information at that time.
What if I don't like GroupLoop, can I cancel?
Of course. We invoice month to month with no long-term commitments or obligations. Just click on the Account tab in the upper right hand corner and click on the cancel link. We will never charge you after the date you cancel.
Can I get a copy of my data if I want to discontinue using GroupLoop?
Yes, we can easily export all your messages and comments in XML format. If you're unhappy with the service, you can cancel your account at any time from your Account page. We'll do everything possible to make the transition as smooth as possible.
Can you implement <new feature> into GroupLoop?
We like simple software, period. GroupLoop will never solve everyone's problems- nor did we intend it to. If you have an additional feature that you'd like to see we encourage you to let us know via our contact form. If we hear it enough, we just might implement it.

Corporate Web Services, Inc. is a privately held web design and hosting company in Rochester, MN. CWS was founded in 1996 by Alan De Keyrel of Rochester, MN. Alan has received the Top 10 Under 40 Award and the Ten Outstanding Young Minnesotans Award. CWS has been mentioned in the New York Times and received the 2003 Small Business of the Year award from the Rochester, MN Chamber. GroupLoop is our third subscription based application, successor to RapidNewsletter.com in 2005.
