Share and Archive Files:
GroupLoop makes it easy to share and archive files that are easily accessible by group members, regardless of location. Create your own categories, like "meeting minutes," "financial documents," or "photos." Then upload files to those categories and optionally notify group members via email.
Group Calendar:
Our simple calendar makes it easy to keep your group up to date about meetings or other events. Add events from your shared GroupLoop calendar to Outlook or iCal with one click of the mouse! Do you need RSVP's for your meeting? No problem, GroupLoop can automate this process for you too.
Central Discussion Area:
Have you ever had a hard time following a conversation with several people over email? GroupLoop has an area where you can post messages and receive comments back from your group. Your messages will be archived in one central location. Group members can still be notified of new postings via email if you choose.
Member Management:
Each member of your group will receive their own unique, secure login. You will also select a unique web address for your account, like mygroup.grouploop.com. Even if you have a large organization, GroupLoop's quick search and simple layout make it easy to find people.
